FREE SHIPPING

FRIISKIN ships to Australian addresses only. This does not apply to wholesale customers where a flat rate is applied on all deliveries in Australia only. 

We offer Free Shipping on all Australian merchandise Standard orders. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart and the free shipping discount applies to Standard shipping.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 2-6 Business Days from dispatch date.

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment
• Australia Post will email you with your eParcel tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network
• Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

• Generally we dispatch within 1 business day of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up
• Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you of this and we will re-ship to you at YOUR cost. This is because we have to pay to have your parcel returned to us.
