Refund policy

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your product!  At FRIISKIN, your skin’s happiness is our highest priority. If your skin didn’t enjoy one of our products, we completely understand — skincare is personal, and sometimes it takes trying something new to find what works best. That’s why we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase, even if the product has been opened or used.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number and the reason for your return request. Unfortunately, if the reason of the return is that you have changed your mind, return shipping fees are not refundable. Your return or exchange request will then be processed promptly. Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Sendle or AUSPost. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
