Tell us a little about you — what lights you up in life right now?
I’m a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and a specialist in the nervous system and longevity. Right now, what lights me up most is helping women understand their bodies in a way that actually feels empowering, not overwhelming. I’m also building a wellness brand focused on creating healthier homes, so I’m constantly thinking about how we support calm, energy, and better sleep in everyday life. And my kids keep me grounded in what really matters.
What's one experience that changed how you see yourself — or your relationship with your own skin and body?
Becoming a mum shifted everything for me! It made me realise my body isn’t something to fix or perfect, it’s something to support, regulate, respect and love. That changed the way I approach my skin, my hormones, and my overall health. I became gentler with myself.
How do you define radiance — and when do you feel most radiant?
Radiance to me is nervous system safety. When my body feels calm, grounded and happy, it shows in my skin, my eyes, and my energy. I feel most radiant when I’ve slowed down, and created space for some of my beautiful rituals for myself.
What does self-love look like in your life — even on the messy days?
For me, self-love means returning to the basics: eating properly, getting outside in fresh air and nature, and intentionally taking time to breathe, even when everything feels busy. On messy days, getting even 10 minutes of solo time to be still is a real win.
