Tell us a little about you — what lights you up in life right now?

What lights me up right now is connection — to myself, to others, and to the little moments in between. I’m a teacher, movement instructor, and facilitator, and I feel most alive when I’m creating spaces where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and genuine community. There’s something so special about walking into a room of strangers and leaving feeling lighter, more connected, and like you’ve found your people. I’m also someone who still gets my left and right mixed up, regularly laughs at myself, loves adding a little spice to life, and will always be in your corner cheering you on when you need it most. Witnessing others grow, soften, and come home to themselves, while continuing that journey myself, is what truly fills me.

What’s one experience that changed how you see yourself — or your relationship with your own skin and body?

Learning to slow down and actually listen to my body changed everything. I spent a long time trying to push, control, or “fix” parts of myself, but the shift came when I started approaching my body with curiosity instead of criticism. It became less about how I looked and more about how I felt living in it. The same happened with my skin. I realised beauty isn’t about perfection. It’s about caring for yourself, staying hydrated, and allowing yourself to be seen as you are.

How do you define radiance — and when do you feel most radiant?

Radiance, to me, is an energy. It’s not something you put on, it’s something you feel. It’s that quiet confidence that comes from being fully yourself, without needing to prove or perform. I feel most radiant when I’m grounded, present, and connected to who I am.

What does self-love look like in your life — even on the messy days?

Self-love isn’t always bubble baths and perfect routines. Sometimes it’s simply being honest about where I’m at and giving myself permission not to have it all together. On messy days, it looks like slowing down, speaking to myself more gently, and choosing not to abandon myself. It’s trusting that I don’t have to earn rest, kindness, or compassion.

What’s a small ritual or habit that makes a big difference in your wellbeing?

My morning routine makes a huge difference to my wellbeing. Starting my day with a mantra, movement, hydration, and an affirmation helps set the tone for the day ahead. Even during uncertain or stressful times, those simple practices help me feel grounded. Breathwork is also an integral part of my day and one of the most powerful tools I’ve discovered. Even a few intentional minutes can shift my entire state, helping me reconnect to my body, calm my mind, and create space to reset.

What does a really good day look and feel like for you — even a simple one?

A really good day feels slow, present, and intentional. It usually includes movement, sunshine on my skin, time in nature, meaningful conversation, and moments of stillness in between. I love being near the ocean, close to the water, and surrounded by people who inspire and uplift me. It’s less about what I do and more about how I feel while I’m doing it.

What’s something you wish younger you had been told about beauty, ageing, or self-worth?

I wish I knew that beauty isn’t something you have to chase or earn, it’s something you embody when you feel at home in yourself. And that self-worth isn’t built through external validation, but through the way you choose to see and treat yourself.

Which FRIISKIN product do you reach for the most, and how does it make you feel?

I reach for the Radiant Moisturiser every day. My skin absolutely yearns for it. As soon as I apply it, my skin just drinks it in. It leaves me feeling hydrated, fresh, glowing, and confident. It feels like a warm hug for my skin. More than just skincare, it feels like a moment to slow down, reconnect, and take care of myself. My skin feels nourished, and I feel grounded.

If you could offer one message to other women on their self-love journey, what would it be?

You don’t have to become someone else to feel worthy. You simply have to come back to yourself. The more you soften, listen, and honour who you are, the more everything else begins to align. There is nothing more powerful than being fully and unapologetically you.
